🌟 General Terms and Conditions & Right of Withdrawal

for seminars, webinars, remote treatments, audio courses, individual sessions and more

❤️ General

By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions – unless you object in writing within a reasonable timeframe. The subject of the agreement is the performance of the agreed service – not a guarantee of a specific outcome (even if this sometimes happens quite charmingly as a side effect 😉).

📩 Contract conclusion

All offers are subject to change without notice. A contract only comes into effect upon my written confirmation of your registration.

💶 Payment methods

Payments are made according to the deadline stated on the website or via email. If it states "within the next few days," payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.

Payment in installments is possible – if agreed upon in writing and confirmed by me. Payment in installments does not constitute a right to withdraw from the total amount.

💰 Prices

All prices are snapshots in time. I reserve the right to change prices – they do not apply retroactively.

📚 Content & Copyright

All audio, video, and PDF files you receive from me are for your personal use only. Sharing, publishing, or using them in your own seminars or similar events is not permitted. You do not acquire ownership of the files, but rather a kind right to use them.

📆 Cancellations & Subscriptions

Individual sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 72 hours before the appointment (excluding weekends). After that, 50% of the fee will be charged as a cancellation fee – unless you are ill and can provide a doctor's certificate.

The cancellation policy listed for webinars applies.

I reserve the right to cancel or postpone appointments for important reasons. In that case, you will of course receive a full refund – however, further compensation is excluded.

Subscriptions for remote treatments must be paid in advance. No refunds are given for cancellations – however, you are welcome to nominate a replacement.

⚠️ Liability & Health

I perform my work with the utmost care and dedication – but I cannot guarantee success. You are responsible for your own actions and for taking care of your own health. My services are not a substitute for a doctor or therapist.

Important: During remote treatments or while listening to MP3 files, you should not perform any activities requiring concentration (e.g., driving) – the energy work can affect your attention.

💬 Confidentiality

What we discuss, or what you confide in me, stays between us – I promise. I will maintain confidentiality even after the contract ends.

❌ Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to energy work, initiations, consultations, etc.

For digital courses or short-term bookings, your right of withdrawal expires as soon as you have agreed that I will begin providing the service before the statutory period expires.

Otherwise, you can cancel within 14 days without giving any reason. To do so, please send me an email to: contact@licht-der-seele.netAny payments already made will be refunded to you.

🔐 Privacy Policy

I use your data solely for processing your booking and only share it with necessary parties (e.g., payment providers). Otherwise: your data is safe with me.

⚖️ Jurisdiction & Closing Remarks

The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg. German law applies. Should any clause be invalid, the remainder of the terms and conditions shall remain in effect.
