Nevertheless, the European Court of Justice considers the USA to be a country with an insufficient level of data protection. In particular, there is a possibility that US authorities process personal data for counter-terrorism purposes.
There may be no legal remedy available against this.
Statistical data
Statistical data from various categories is available to me via the so-called "Insights" feature of the Metaplatform Ireland Limited page. These statistics are generated and provided by Facebook. As the page operator, I have no influence on their generation or presentation. I cannot disable this function or prevent the generation and processing of the data.
