This isn't about finding new answers. It's about a quiet, clear reminder of what has long been within you.

This coaching is aimed at people who no longer want to define themselves by external means.

People who sense that their path does not lie in constantly collecting new methods, but in arriving deeper within themselves.


This isn't about learning something. Nor is it about creating a better self.

Something ends here: the search outside.

And that's precisely where something else begins.

In my guidance, awareness arises not through technique, but through presence, depth, and inner openness.

What manifests itself arises from within yourself.

I hold the space. You encounter yourself.

Blockages, old patterns, or inner entanglements are not actively "resolved".

They lose their effectiveness because your consciousness changes.

And as a result of this change, many things are reorganized.

Still. Clear. Without pressure.

This coaching doesn't work through concepts. It works catalytically.

Not accelerating. But reminding.

I don't work as a traditional teacher. I don't teach techniques.

I act as a catalyst. As a space. As a counterpart in which your own self can reveal itself.

🌿 The first individual session


The first session is not a traditional coaching session.

It is a space for clarification and resonance.

You bring with you what moves you. A question. A topic. A longing.

We talk. And while we talk, something already begins to change.

Not as a goal, but as a natural effect of presence.


At the end of this session, one thing is clear:

👉 Is this your path – or not?


And regardless of that:

This session is complete in itself. It often brings peace, clarity, and a new inner focus.

Duration: approximately 30 minutes
Compensation: 30 € (symbolic compensation for the time and what already happens in the conversation)


If you feel you want to delve deeper afterwards, you can book one of the two guided sessions. If not, that's perfectly fine too.

Remember who you are


This space is for you if you feel that your path goes deeper.

Not about more knowledge. But about memory.


In these sessions, everything arises spontaneously.

Without a fixed procedure. Without a predetermined direction.

Sometimes earlier levels of your experience open up. Sometimes inner connections reveal themselves. Sometimes there is stillness – and it is precisely in this stillness that the real movement takes place.


The processes continue to unfold between sessions. Quietly. At your own pace.


3 individual sessions via Zoom (approx. 60 minutes each, including recording)

After booking, we will coordinate a date based on 2-4 suggestions from you.

Selena Rodriguez She has accompanied me through individual remote initiations, and I have attended numerous of her seminars and webinars.

However, I am working not within a lineage or schoolMy work has grown independently and is guided by my own inner compass.
